While looking around at general fitness news I stumbled upon an article about the Riiflex Wii dumbbells. What a great idea – the Wii already has some great fitness games, such as Wii Fit and it’s fantastic Wii FIt Balance board – with the RiiFlex you can extend your work out at home with weighted Wii Remote and Nunchuck.
